Qatar vs Ecuador prediction
I am betting Ecuador here -0.25 and Under 2 goals to be scored, Ecuador have a young side but they are a very talented one with players playing in some above average sides and in some of Europe's top league and believe they are value at odds against -0.25. The face the host nation a team who are ranked the 3rd lowest team in the competition, they entirely made up of players who are from their domestic league. Qatar for me at one stage it looked like a team who were improving however they have gone back the way, even if they have won 5 straight games. They have lost to Croatia under 23's, Linfield a team from Northern Ireland and were well beaten by Canada 2-0 too. In the Arab cup they finished 3rd but other teams left their star players at their European clubs, I think it will be a low scoring game, Qatar like to play in a patient manner with a low block and as well games at this stage are rarely anything else but low scoring so I am betting for under 2 goals to be scored. For me with the South Americans having players at Bayer Leverkusen, FC Augsburg, Brighton & Hove Albion, Fenerbache should be able to just edge this game with their superior quality.
